Can someone recommend me a really decent pair of high wasted shape wear knicks.i have just got a pair by Contour and they are OK. However I'm going to order some more but before I do I'm looking for other recommendations.

I meant Conturve!
I have to say it's my first go at shape wear and although they are not flattering they do make a difference to how my dresses look!

Primark ones have got really good reviews given the price!
Skims - pricey and popular choice
Tiktok shop - not sure of your age / if you use the app but they've got some great shapewear for a good price too!

Instead try a control slip from M&S. You'll look less like Bridget Jones, it's more comfy and you can wear your usual knickers with it. I't also easy when you want a wee.
