What colour shoes (and bag) for this dress for an end of October wedding?

Have to be wide fit and not super strappy. Block heels rather than skinny heels as just cannot do with the pain anymore.

My usual style is.....maximalist shall we say. Love colour and leopard print and loud vintage blouses.

Black seems safe but boring. Blue or green too matchy matchy. Hate nude shoes. Silver/gold seem a bit old fashioned.

Any other ideas? Have pale skin and currently auburn hair.

I think you could go super bright on the other side of the colour spectrum for a complete contrast - so bright pink, red, orange?

Those might be too strappy - but it’s really the colour and velvet I’m suggesting.

Bright pink was my first thought too 😀 (purple and yellow being 2 and 3). I don't suit red or orange.

@MayIDestroyYou love the colour of those. Think I'm going to go for metallic rather than velvet as dress is velvet too and I prefer a mix of textures.

@KnickersBockersGlory Those Faith ones are absolutely perfect but unfortunately aren't wide fit 😭.

Any similar ones that I've found in wide fit just aren't as nice or the heel is too low. The search continues....

@justaweeone the first ones are lovely but the heel isn't high enough. I need a good heel, just not a skinny stiletto one. Thanks for looking.
