Menopause Hair

I just had about an inch chopped off my hair and it is now shoulder length. I thought tilt would improve the condition of my hair but it's still dry and a bit frizzy.

Can anyone recommend a product they have used for this type of hair? It is probably about 70% grey but I dye the roots regularly. Thanks

Not a product but one advantage I have discovered about my menopause hair is that it doesn't need washing nearly as often. And if I hold my nerve and resist the ingrained habit of washing it every other day then the frizz not only improves dramatically but settles into curls.

Sorry if that's not helpful to your situation but no-one ever told me this was even a thing so I thought I'd pass it on!

L'Occitane do an intensive repair shampoo. Had a friend swear by it.

I use the volume & strength one as I had hair loss problems & it's been amazing.

The eco refills (500 ml ) are around £29 but mine lasts approx 8 weeks & I wash my hair nearly every day.

Fekkai hair gloss. Gorgeous stuff, somehow not greasy. Get it cheap on Vinted.

My hairdresser recommended tigi Bed head rehab for hair - try the teal colour one or red for real indulgence.

My hair was dry and yucky but since using this it has a gloss to it.

You can get it from Amazon or home bargains.

I really rate Davines Oi oil. Have been using it for years, and it's easily the best I've tried. If you use heat to style your hair, Living Proof Triple Bond Complex leaves my hair really silky and smooth.

My hair has got dryer as I have got older. Hair conditioner doesn’t seem to do much, but I have used Fushi oil on my hair and it is lovely. You leave it in for a few hours or overnight then rinse
