Garment copying service?

Has anyone used a garnet copying service in the uk? I have a smoke skirt that I love and would be keen to have it copied in different colours and fabrics. I've seen this done overseas but never here. Is it a thing??

If you took it to a tailor they could probably do it! If it's not particularly complicated, you just lay it out and trace/measure the shapes, cut more and sew together.
