Could I wear this for a wedding?

So, I bought this off Vinted for a bargain and wondered if I could wear it to a wedding? Would wear nice wedges and fascinator but, is it a) inappropriate because it's predominantly white and b) too casual for a wedding?

I think it will be fine for a wedding.
