Work shoes

I’ve got my first professional office type job and needed shoes for the first time ever.
I bought 2 pairs of loafers from office, only slightly chunky pair which I love.
The problem is anything other than trainers seems to give me horrendous blisters. I’ve been stuck living in the same 2 or 3 pairs of trainers for years.
My loafers are hurting me, which was inevitable I suppose and I’ve had to start wearing trainers to work, which I can get away with but I hate as it makes me look less professional and changes an outfit.

Does anybody have any advice on shoes that somehow won’t hurt me?? How do people do it?

Where do you get the blisters? Lots of hard leather shoes give me blisters because of the shape of my heels.

Yes on my heels, my heels sort of stick out at the back in the exact place where you get blisters. I also sometimes get them on my little toes but that’s manageable. The ones on my heels are really bad.
