Any tips on improving posture before my wedding?

I hope I’m posting this in the right thread! I’m getting married in a couple of months, my posture has never been great as I’m quite tall (almost 6 foot) and gangly, and was very self conscious of this as a teenager, and so I used to constantly slouch. I feel it’s a bad habit I’ve never been able to snap out of. I sometimes notice in the mirror or in pictures that I don’t stand tall and look a bit slouched, which isn’t what I want on my wedding day!

I do try to remember to put my shoulders back and chin up, but sometimes I feel this makes me end up looking very rigid and forced. Does anyone have any tips on standing taller while still looking natural, or even exercises I could do to help? Very grateful for any advice!

Yoga or Pilates. I just find I hold myself so much better whenever I regularly practice either of them. Lots of videos online and doesn’t even need to be more than 20 minute sessions
