Has anyone been through Gatwick recently? I'm flying long-haul soon and trying to decide whether to buy a bag before I go or wait for duty free.
Is there anywhere selling the Original Large should bag at Gatwick?

I believe you can buy these from the Harrods Concession at Gatwick North. Not sure about pricing but I don't think anything is much cheaper now at the airports. If it were me, I would probably buy before I go, if only for a larger choice of colours etc

Where are you going? It can be cheaper to buy it abroad as you can usually claim the VAT back.

I bought mine in France and got 20% back.

I did the same in Spain. Bought it in a large department store, got 20% tax back, 11€ voucher and free drink/snack in cafeteria. Really good range of colours too.

Off to johannesburg South Africa so not sure what they have there!

I'll give the Harrods a call. Probably getting navy so quite a mainstream colour
