Swimsuit help!

I’m going slightly mad trying to find a new swimsuit, and I’m hoping the good people of Mumsnet can help me find one that fits.

I’m after a swimsuit that gives good coverage over bum and boobs and is suitable playing with kids in pool/lane swimming etc (ie not just sunbathing on a beach - it needs to stay in place when I move). I have had a good fitting M&S one for years but the rouched fabric over the tummy/chest area is not great when swimming lengths.

Most of the swim suits I’ve tried either fit well over my bum and not my boobs (e.g. Batoko) or vice versa (Deakin and Blue). I think the problem is caused by the fact that I have a long torso for my height (5’8). Am a size 12-14 need F cup coverage. Would be prepared to spend £££ for the right costume…..

What should I buy?!

I went through the same thing last summer. I’m 5’9 with a long torso, size 14, and need E cup coverage. After trying on what felt like a million swimsuits, I finally found one that ticks all the boxes. I ended up getting a swimsuit from The Dom. Their swimwear collection has some great options for us long-torso ladies, and the coverage is fantastic for both bum and boobs.I specifically got a one-piece that fits like a dream, stays in place during all the pool shenanigans with my kids, and is comfortable for lane swimming. It has adjustable straps and a bit of ruching that doesn't get in the way when swimming. Totally worth the splurge!
