Has anybody had any results from them? And if so, how long did it take to notice?

What is it?

DimeStoreHooker · 17/07/2023 20:52

Do you mean Argireline or however it's spelled?

I bought some of that but haven't used it yet.

Marcos56 · 17/07/2023 21:05

Yes, anything that promotes itself as Botox in a bottle. I'm just interested to know if it actually works.

15 years ago (boy I'm old 😬) the Italians sold something similar to botox but in a bottle. Can't remember what it was called but I did try a sample (not that I had that many wrinkles then tbh...) and it only lasted for the day. Is this new botox you guys are talking about supposed to last or does it wear off?

Marcos56 · 17/07/2023 21:57

That's interesting! This is supposed to have longer term effects,The Ordinary do a version of it as far as I've heard.

Tried the agre what ever from ordinary . Does naff all

Just found this https://www.lubrizol.com/Personal-Care/Products/Argireline-Peptide but I don't really see the difference in the before/after pics. I think the word botox is misleading if those were the best pictures they could get to sell their stuff. Maybe other brands are better? Still, if anyone tries it please come and give us a full report!

AnnaNims · 17/07/2023 22:29

I have the Ordinary one. I can confirm it made not a jot of difference.

Oceanus · 17/07/2023 22:32

It's like Bakuchiol for Tretinoin then, the poor relation! @AnnaNims Thanks for saving me the money!

UmpteenSteps · 17/07/2023 23:11

Been using it for almost a year (with matrixyl or whatever it is that’s supposed to increase its potency) and not a blind bit of difference.

Shame :(
