I placed an order with Look Fantastic for 4 different skincare and haircare products around 10 days ago. Since then every few days I just get an email to update me that my order is delayed with no other information.
I’ve used them in the past and always got things quickly. I’ve run out of cleanser so I need the order! Anyone else had this lately?
