Revlon one step

Wondering if you can help me. I bought a Revlon hot brush from Amazon. I'm trying to register the product for the 4 year warranty.

One of the questions on the online form is to give a four digit code that should be on the plugs metal prongs. I have no code. Would someone mind having a look at their prongs to see if there is a code there. 😁

I also had to type in the item code but then says zero results.

Have I bought a fake?

Hi OP, I just checked mine and there is no code on the metal prongs either. There's a few numbers on the plastic underside of the plug, but they look to be more like the licence number/ serial number etc.

There is a 4 digit code on the inset label thing at the back of the brush handle, which also says the model number and recycling instructions - you could try that.

I bought the one step straight and shine salon XL heated brush from Argos a couple of days ago and there is no code on the plug itself but has a sticker that says

There is a load of gumph written on the cable but my old eyes can't make it out. Words and numbers.

I've contacted Revlon via an online form so hopefully they will be in contact. The online registration will not accept it without a 4 digit code. I even selected United Kingdom from the drop down box so it didn't think that I was in America.

I appear to have bought a One Step too but I don't remember pressing the button on a very well known online retailer....
Oh well, I think my reasoning is the Dyson air wrap has a moment sometimes and decides it gets too hot halfway through styling!

I definitely don't have a code, I feel cheated!

Have decided to return it to Amazon and buy one from Argos, I think that will be easier to return if it becomes faulty.
