I have bought an IPL Braun Pro-3 device from Amazon.
It arrived today and the box was slightly bashed. It is from the official Braun Amazon site and had lots of reviews. I do have slight anxiety so I think I am working myself up....
, I think there is either something wrong with it or I'm not using it properly.
Are the precision heads windows? Should there be glass there? I can basically put my finger in between where the lasers are? When I turn it on the entire head seems to be blue not just the lasers at either side.
I have pale skin and dark hair and shaved this morning. When I line up the lights on the side are white and the "laser" is blue but when I press the button it flashes red. I do feel a little heat but nothing else. I have watched reviews/demos on youtube and I can't see a red light, maybe sometimes orange on a few flashes. I've tried changing the position but it's still red to line up fully and tried different pressure when I press the button but it always flashes red although the lights on the side are white.
