Which dress for wedding

Hi which dress do you think would be better for a wedding? And can I ask what you would accessorise with? Especially head/hair wise. It's for step daughters wedding. It's a fancy affair are these dresses fancy enough?

I like the idea of an emerald green if that'll go with the more pastel colour shoes.
