Tanning drops

I'm a seasoned fake tanner (fan of mousse or foam rather than lotions) but haven't tried tanning drops. I'm off on a fairly long holiday and want to minimise my luggage and am thinking drops will solve the problem.

Which are best for very fair skin (my skin is very pale but warm undertones) ?

Also how do you use them? I e read about mixing with oil free moisturisers etc.

Lastly, do they smell fake tan-ish?

Clarins drops. Just mix with any moisturiser. I do it overnight. The smell is ok and tolerable.

How many drops do you use?

2 or 3 or 4 drops. Then you can decide if you want a darker effect. It doesn't streak.

Superdrug own brand is really good, they smell lovely too but the next day there's still the familiar wet biscuit smell as with all tanning drops, just not as much as fake tan.

Tan luxe. I’ve tried so many, but always come back to them. The colour is so natural.

Just the tan drops or the serum?

Tan Luxe here too, they come in two shades, I buy the medium dark. I apply my moisturiser, then I apply a couple of drops on top, that works better for me than mixing them in with my cream.

The drops. I use it the same way as @Rina66 and do it before bed, so I wake up looking glowy!

I have bought TanLuxe but not used it yet ( body drops /face drops /lotion)

There was somrthing I read that hotels are asking guests not to use fake tans as it makes an unholy mess of white sheets !

Are people responding thinking of face or body drops? I’m have a similar Q to the OP but for body drops.
