Comfortable but supportive bra (non wired)

Really struggling with bras at the moment. My hormones are a mess (on my period most of the time) so my boobs are uncomfortable, I also have sensory issues. Wired bras are just too uncomfortable as are padded bras. I have been living in ‘odd balls’ crop tops but they are not that supportive. I am a C cup but I have a broad back (38”). I would love a comfortable bra. I like the look of Molke but the sizing confuses me and it’s a lot to spend and get the sizing wrong. Can anyone help with molke sizing or can anyone recommend me a comfortable bra?

I don’t like wearing wired bras at the moment due to gallbladder discomfort. I’m wearing M&S reversible medium support sports bras and they are really comfortable and supportive too.

I have Molke bras too but am not keen, they can be a struggle to get on but the M&S ones don’t have that issue.

I have a few M&S bralets and think they’re really comfy and pretty and give a nice shape considering they’re non wired.

Mentioned this in here before but Avon the one bra. Comfortable and supportive, no metal and cheap!
