Another bridesmaid dress one…

I’ve seen loads of threads lately and decided to make my own. Looking for feedback on my own choice.

My wedding will be in November next year. It’s a black tie wedding, so husband to be and his brothers are all going to be wearing black suits. My dress is more of an ivory white, as I wanted it warmer in tone. Our venue is very cozy, warm lights and fireplaces, etc.

My dress has a subtle sparkle to it, as I figured it would look gorgeous against the warm lights. Sparkly without being flashy. I wanted my bridesmaid dresses to be the same, and so far, I’m loving the idea of gold dresses.

These are a few options I’ve been looking at, but I do have a worry some might be too flashy. What do you think?

(The entire wedding will be indoors, but I’m getting my bridesmaids cream cardigans/blazers/coats in case they get cold at any point, like photos or something)

I think gold dresses would look really beautiful with the setting, other outfits and type of wedding you have described.

I particularly like dress 1 in your photos, and 3 is nice too with a bit more of an art deco feel.

Congratulations! My wedding was black, cream and gold. My dress was covered in pearl embroidery, so not sparkly but quite ornate.

We tried on the gold sequin dresses for my bridesmaids, but en masse they looked a bit much! Eventually went with 'gold' chiffon dresses, old gold and pearl hair accessories and fur wraps for photos. Flowers were cream roses and ivy.

Tbh, I was glad we steered away from the sequins... the girls looked beautiful and the simpler dresses really allowed them to shine ❤️

I also think 1. 3 is beautiful, but I think the sleeves of one are more suited to the time of year.

Sounds absolutely fantastic, nice to see something a little different!

DIL's bridesmaid wore gold but not a sparkley effect. DILs frock was cream, a bit Boho, with gold embroidery which was echoed in the veil. The bride and bridesmaid are autumns so can wear golden hues.

The amount of sparkle is something I’m conscious of, and I would prefer something more subtle than even in the pics I posts. My bridesmaids and I are all autumns too haha!

Gold sounds perfect. I like 1 the best. 3 is beautiful but slightly less forgiving possibly and I find 2 a bit too leggy and booby but then I’m old so maybe it’s fine.
