Help! How do I style this for a “cocktail” dress code

I have this navy jumpsuit that I need to style for an event that has a “cocktail” dress code. I’m a 14/16 and 43.

I have some hot pink heels that I want to wear (I struggle with heals and they fit me).

Are statement necklaces naff? I was thinking of something chunky that had something that dangles towards my chest. Or am I best wearing big earrings? I don’t want to look like I am on Loose Women IYKWIM.

I'm not a fan of colourful statement necklaces. Or earrings. I would wear gold jewelry and the pink heels- that will be enough to be dressed appropriately for this dress code

I wear silver/ white gold rather than yellow. Would you go chunky earrings or necklace? I think both would be overkill

I would say chunky necklace if you got some cleavage or earrings if you got short hair. Got both? (Like me!) Then try the ensemble all together and pick which ever makes you feel badasssss.

That jumpsuit and pink high heels sound excellent.

If that were me I'd wear my pearl baroque earrings, eyeliner and try to make my hair as swishy as possible.

What about a nice decorative belt? That or a chunky necklace to pick up the colour of the heels. It's gorgeous but I think it needs something decorative to break it up a little.

The pink heels sound great and will do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to making it look smart enough.

I'm not a fan of statement necklaces but I guess if it's got a lot of bling it will lift the jumpsuit from daywear to evening wear.

Do you wear make up - a red lipstick would look great with this.

I think interesting earrings first. Not so obvious necklace. Just gold links are popular right now or layers of smaller necklaces with charms. Decent clutch bag.
