I would really appreciate some help with bras. I am a 30DD and am trying to find something lightly padded. I also have a lot of underarm and back fat despite a small band size so have been looking at bras with good side support. I have this bra that fits well

but am struggling to find a bra with padding as my nipples show through sometimes with this one.
Am also trying to lose the back and underarm fat but that is going very very slowly! I'd be so grateful for any help/suggestions.
