Elegant dress for wedding.

I would love some help please? I am going to a wedding in a month and I need to get an elegant dress, it’s at a posh country house and I always feel like I miss the mark when it comes to dressing for weddings.

I want a high neck or at least a rounded neck because I hate the skin on my chest. Also at least elbow length arms.

What shape are you?
What colouring?
Do you prefer patterns, florals or plain?

I’m 5,5 and a size 8 so fairly slim but curvy and I have 32E boobs.

I’d prefer something colour appropriate for summer so not navy. I always wear greys and blues but that’s just me stuck in a rut. I like plain best as I’ll get more wear out of it.
