I'd say they were a Mom shape as I think that's when they have a high waist and emphasise the crotch/arse like these. Or just straight.

They look fitted on the woman in the photo because of the shape of her legs. She should size up really.

They look like my mom jeans - I have big calves so they look much tighter than they should.
