I've just had my eyelashes tinted & noticed that there are very fine hairs under my eyes which have also been dyed ! And now I have a grey shadow. Can I use facial hair removal cream on a cotton bud or should I just keep trying to remove with eye make up remover? Any tips? This was not the look I was going for!! Another menopause joy!
