I am quite fit, well moderately, and really don't want to lose weight (am at lowest healthy bmi so need to put some on) but have jelly like thighs - rest of my legs are great, possibly my age (49) but was always a bit soft there when young.
Would love to tighten them up a bit, what would be the best thing to do?
I already do yoga 4 days per week and have started cycling, but anything i can do at home to tone these little jiggles would be great!
