Is mint velvet any good then? Do people rate them?

What does it matter if "people rate them"? I have bought a few pieces from them before and I like the quality. The only way to know if you like it would be to look and see surely? As you can see someone already here thinks they are too expensive. I was just advertising the sale.

I love Mint Velvet and tend to buy a lot from eBay. I would agree they are expensive but I will only buy in the sale or when they have a promotion. For context I am early 50’s, the clothes suit my style. I agree about the sequins though, I bought some sequin trousers in the Christmas sale, they looked fabulous but did not have a clue when I would wear them.

I have a fair bit from them, bought the sequin vest, the trousers would not suit me. Some of their stuff is a bit quirky and v good quality and some is not. I don’t think the sale is great, I use blue light card or wait for their 20% off discounts to buy these days.

The shop in edinburgh is lovely i pop in for a look sometimes to see things before I maybe order them with £ off later on or in the sale

The sale seems to be all of the early season neutrals and not the high Summer stuff. I got a great dress for a wedding last December from them.

Used to work for them, as Pp suggests, mixed quality but the good pieces are really good!! I used to absolutely max out my uniform allowance and staff discount, still have some beloved pieces from back then that look brand new!
