Water resistant summer/autumn coat

I'm looking for something smartish that zips or buttons up (can be doing with coats that just have a belt or a single button) and isn't too short (past bum length). Has anyone bought a transitional coat lately that they're pleased with and would recommend?

I have these coats

Protected Species Khaki Tour
M&S Stormwear buff coat.

Both are great, easy to wear, good shapes & come in other colourways.

Protected species city commuter coat and Rains long jacket are both good. Lightweight but waterproof.

The seasalt sale has just started, there might be something for you there. I've found their coats wear well and are generally a bit longer in the body.
