Black heads on 10 year old

My 10 year old daughter has started getting black heads on her cheek. They are not near her t zone. Can anyone recommend what I could do and what we can use? Is Cerave any good? Should I use a black head extractor for her?

Get a face wash with salicylic acid. Inkey List have one. Don't use an extractor, you could scar her.

Following with interest for my son - same issue and I admit I have been squeezing them when his skin is soft after a bath!

Decent facewash used daily don’t squeeze or use a tool in case of scarring. Could also use a cleanser before bed if needed. Look for products with salicylic acid.
