off to Madrid tomorrow for work & have read on here a few times you can get Retinol over the counter there?

can anyone please recommend the right products?

also I have rosacea so if anyone can recommend anything I can buy (that would be on prescription in the U.K.) I’d be very grateful!

You tried Medik 8? I use their stuff for years and love it but not tried the rosacea range.

The big thing is that the Spanish version of tretinoin is usually, but not always, available OTC for a very reasonable price. It is called Retirides (sp?) or Retacnyl. They are the same thing, I think.

Tret is only available in the UK by private prescription, or mixed with a topical antibiotic —- for acne, not anti-ageing — on the NHS.

The Medik8 retinal is the next best thing to tret and many love it.
