Mid length summer work dresses (plus size)

Can anyone help with recommendations for mid/knee length dresses with sleeves for work this summer, please?

I am size 20/22 and apple shaped so v neck and wrap styles work well. Professional environment so must have sleeves. Any suggestions welcome!

also looking for recommendations on low heeled suitable footwear (not flats as I have Achilles tendon problems). Low to Mid-range budget.
