What a coincidence. I've just googled how to tell how old M&S stuff is and this thread came up. I bought a pair of linen pants in a size 12 years ago. I was always too fat to get into them, but I still loved them and kept them, with tags on, in my "summer wear" drawer.

It's a lovely day and after a hefty Mounjaro weight loss I slipped them on and they fit perfectly, a little loosely actually, but I still love them as they are a classic shape but unusual print.

The guidance above suggests they were made in 2018 so I have officially been a fat twat since at least then. The original price tag shows they were £29.50 refunded to £17, their wide leg linen trousers now are only £27.50

I'm very happy today.
