Just ordered a dew dresses for summer / festivals etc

Are they ok?

DD got a really lovely pair of dancing shoes for prom from them but they did take forever to arrive.

I haven't personally ordered but when I was getting married there was a fb group who refuels had brides posting that they'd bought there wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses from there and lots of happy brides.

They say they've already posted.

Their returns policy looks very long winded! Oh well. Fingers crossed the stuff's ok.

I bought it on paypal. Maybe I can tell them I think it's fraudulent & they won't release the money?

I got my wedding dress and 3 bride's maid's dresses from them 11 years ago. They were fine then. Perfect. Made to measure for an extra 40 quid iirc.

It's not fraudulent though. It sounds like their customer service is crap and it's a bit hit and miss but not fraudulent.

As I say, we had no problems buying prom shoes from them.

I would never order from there again. I ordered something for a wedding it arrived too late & I’ve had to pay £18 to return it as it had to be returned to China. On top of that the return process is not straight forward. The material quality was ok but the stitching wasn’t.

These sites are generally ok but not if you need to return. Just don't expect to return that's all

No email to say return request acknowledged.
