A sad sad mascara day

Just realised my favourite mascara (L’Oréal miss Baby Roll) has been discontinued.

I’ve been using it for years and normally buy 5/6 at a time

I am on my last one.

suggestions for a replacement to heal my broken heart?

There are some on ebay!

The cheapest one you can find is always the best! I think I’m using Revolution lift and define waterproof and it’s wildly good, cost nothing and doesn’t clump, smudge proof, looks great all day!

I found the more you spend (Charlotte Tilbury side eye) the worse they are.

Maybelline are a pretty solid brand for mascaras, if you wanted to stick to L'Oréal then Lash Paradise is pretty good.

CostelloJones · 24/06/2023 22:09

@Wildlyboring I can’t get on with lash paradise - bought it once when I couldn’t get my usual -
its so… wet!

I'm using bperfect and I love it!
Because I'm fair I've also realised brown suits me better than black, and theirs is lovely. Not too expensive, sensitive eye friendly and waterproof.

Lash Princess. Super cheap and absolutely brilliant. Almost all mascara ends up all down my face and giving me panda eyes, but not that.

If splurging Lancome Hypnose is what I'd get but day to day and for a tenth of the price Lash Princess is Just. So. Good.

You need to use it a couple of times and then it becomes a bit thicker! It's their best one.

OP, what did you end up buying - same boat here!

Lash paradise was ok for a bit but I think they’ve changed the formula so currently using a Bobbi Brown one but I’m still not in love

Maybelline sky high is nice - it doesn't have those thick bristly brushes that makes mascara clumpy - it's a nice fine rubbery one that coats even the tony lashes and looks quite natural.

Eve · 27/01/2024 21:19

What are L’Oréal doing - they have discontinued the tubing mascara as well.😢

KeeeeeepDancing · 27/01/2024 23:31

Collection in the curvy tube. Literally the best mascara ever made.
