Plus size floaty kimonos

Hi

i want a light floaty kimono to use to wear over sleeveless tops and dresses .

I am a size 24 . I love the 100 stars , but I’m too large and even if I might squeeze in I’d rather have it loose and floaty .

any suggestions ? Max 100 for something nice and good quality .

Morning! I had a quick swatch on Etsy, there are a variety, couldn’t see if you could filter for size but these look airy and wouldn’t catch round the arms. Some of them are ££ but if 100 Stars is in your budget they might be fine.

If you can sew or find a dressmaker there are patterns in your size at 'sew over it' for the Sylvia robe. A very simple and versatile pattern.

Thanks. They have shorter ones , which is more practical for day to day over jeans and dresses .

I’ve never bought from Etsy, but will take a look. Presume reviews will help check out the retailers .
