Havent got time to get measured. My bra is...

Cups fit nearly perfect, just slightly/tiny bit big at side.
Double FF size, should I try a F cup?

Back is comfortable, but on 1st inner hook so if I loose weight or it goes slack, no way of tightening it up.
size 36"...should I go to a 34"?

Cup size is relative to band size so usually if you go down a cup you'll need to go up in the band and vice versa. New bras should also fasten on the loosest hook so when it inevitably stretches out you can tighten it.

Unfortunately not every brand/style fits the same so it'll be a bit of trial and error. Have you tried measuring yourself using the boob or must method? It's a good starting point and I find it better than regular high street measuring services.

I was fitted by Rigby and Peller and have never looked back. It was exactly the same as the Boob or Bust method. I would suggest you try their method.

I mean the size I came out at, not the measuring method as R&P do it by eye.
