What colour foundation?

I feel like I should know the answer to this but I don't!

I am fair-skinned (cool tones) so have a pale neck but a slightly tanned face with freckles. What shade foundation should I be picking because the two differ quite a bit. Do I still go by where the jawline meets the neck?

I’m the same! I think we’re supposed to match to our neck and then bronze up a bit but it tends to make me look very pale if I match my neck. I usually use gradual tanner or a face tanning spray to tan up my neck a little then I match my foundation/TM to this. Tinted moisturiser tend to be a bit more forgiving then you can add bronzer/blush etc. Otherwise you could just brush some bronzer on your neck but I prefer self tan as it doesn’t rub off on clothes/collars etc!

Thank you 😊 it's difficult isn't it? I certainly don't want to put bronzer on my neck! I think I'll try slightly lighter foundation/bb cream and bronze up with some Hoola and see what that looks like.
