Hit me up with your top tips for a smooth and bump free bikini line for holiday!

I have very stubborn hair and always seem to get ingrown hairs and horrible red rash after any treatment on my bikini line. I seem to get the least using a hair em over cream but the effect only lasts a few days or a week at most and I’m going on holiday for two weeks! Help!

Have you tried laser hair removal?

Buy shorts style bikini bottoms and let it grow.

Absolutely the swim shorts. Enjoy your holiday without the worry of itchy and painful razor rash!

This was unspeakably painful for me! I used to get drunk beforehand (the beautician recommended a ‘glass of wine’) to numb the pain and it was still horrific. I had 6 sessions and there was some hair reduction, but it was nowhere near enough. I know I need to go again, but I’ve really been putting it off.

I now just shave (all of) it off every few days. There’s a product called Tendskin i think, which is quite good for bumps/in grown hairs.

Use a good razor don't use none of the cheap ones where you get like 4 in a packet lol and try using conditioner to shave and then moisturise straight after

Best I can get with a razor is a long warm bath first, then coconut oil then the men’s king of shaves gel and a good razor (Venus one or similar).

To go on holiday though I’d always get a wax a good 2 days at least before. The place I go uses hot wax instead of strip wax so the wax is directly peeled off instead of using a wax strip. It seems to make a big difference in terms of pain and bumps afterwards! It’s red for a good 24-48 hours first though and I avoid any sort of stretchy underwear/leggings that might rub to cause the bumps to appear

Proper wet shave and then use a Flawless Finisher every day for a week to keep completely smooth. Moisturise the area with aloe Vera lotion and no spots or bumps.
