Home treatments for frizzy baby hairs

Due to a health issue my hair thinned a lot last summer. I took Biotin and it’s grown back, but now the new batch of baby hairs are about 15cm long and are giving me a wild, frizzy halo, especially in the heat.

What home conditioning treatments can I use to try to tame it whilst it grows out? I don’t want to wash it every day because it gets drier, but I’m going to the gym a lot so I do need to every 2-3 days.

I can recommend Philip Kingsley elasticiser. Also their frizz fighting gloss is great

I bought a small tube this week on Vinted for £1.50! Worth a try to see if you like it
