I just bought my first item of clothing on vinted - it was listed cheap but by the time I'd got through the checkout the total was double the listed price! Is this normal?!

You pay postage + buyer protection on top of purchase price. Put it in perspective, you still got a huge bargain!

postage Usually starts from £2.89, so if you e bought something for £3, it doubles with postage

They display how much it would be with all the fees and then how much the postage is.If your item was very cheap, it could be doubleIf you paid £15 for the item, then no.

I always mentally add £3 to the asking price in deciding whether to buy or not.
