Bottocks Fillers

Has anyone had this procedure done?
Thoughts please!

Tired of having a flat bum and don’t want to work hard at the gym tbh, it will take too long and too much effort to see any growth - but happy to work out for maintenance.

I misread that..I thought it said bollocks fillers.

I'll get my coat...

Farmageddon · 17/06/2023 19:47

Do you mean bum implants, or actual filler like they put in your (face) cheeks?

If you're talking about actual filler, surely to make a difference you would need a few hundred mls of the stuff which would be ridiculously expensive. For reference I paid €375 for 1ml of filler.

If you mean bum implants, I've heard some horror stories about them going badly wrong. Plus how do you sit down afterwards....?

Maybe you could just get that padded underwear most of the fitness influencers use for photoshoots.

MooseBeTimeForSnow · 17/06/2023 19:48

And here’s me thinking it was a mis-spelling of Botox!

LadyLolaRuben · 17/06/2023 19:50

If you mean you'd like a bag of fluid inserted into each buttock for you to sit on until they one day they leak, burst or you're in pain, I think you're out of your mind.

Mercurial123 · 17/06/2023 19:52

I'd go to the gym and get fit. Injections are expensive

Um no - I'm sure your bottocks are perfectly fine as they are. Work instead on your self esteem!

Mercurial123 · 17/06/2023 19:54

And results are temporary. It's a bit ridiculous

Barelyable · 17/06/2023 19:59

Have a look at LanLuma...it can be used as buttock filler and also cellulite refiner. Seems like it's got great results!

Lapsong · 17/06/2023 20:49

Nuts.

Maybe redistribute some cells to your brain? Just a thought.

Or go the whole hog and do cam-cording - at least you’ll be reimbursed for your pain and expense.

Peppadog · 17/06/2023 23:36

2 words, padded knickers. Sorts out the flat bum instantly, no pain needed.

PurplePear7 · 18/06/2023 00:00

Google Non surgical BBL - it is expensive but lasts a couple of years.

There’s also CoolSculpt which is actually far freezing so won’t make your bum look bigger but hopefully perkier?

KickAssAngel · 18/06/2023 00:14

You should watch skin decisions on Netflix. They explain how fat implants are used. Or you can get silicon ones. Do you have someone who will care for you and bring a bedpan during recovery. It will be a couple of weeks before you can go to the toilet.

Knockmealdowns · 18/06/2023 00:23

Watch botched and buy the padded underwear… granulomas are no fun.. why anyone would have a general anaesthetic and not consider the risks of pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, leg clots, is beyond me.. abd I found them all in routine surgery in nursing.. not everyone but you can’t pick who..

Northernsouloldies · 18/06/2023 00:27

Quite a few women have died with the implant op. I remember one was in a hotel room, who the hell would have an op in such circumstances. Surely not worth the risk.

I think some people pursue things like this but won’t be happy with the results. I know of one woman who had bum implants. At about two years she developed an odd sensation in her bum. Contacted the surgeon who is abroad and she diagnosed nothing wrong from the surgery as it was so late. To my eye there was nothing wrong, maybe because she so insisted a very slight asymmetry. But she felt definitely odd. I don’t know what happened in the end. And I know it’s just one example but the source of the unhappiness lies elsewhere.
