Getting jowls

I've got a bit of weight to lose (6kg) and I've lost 4kg. I'm 39 and I feel like I've just aged drastically in the last 6 months (I had my last baby 2 years ago and still feel exhausted).

I don't know if it's the weight gain or just genetics. I've noticed I have this pudge under my chin and my cheeks are getting that soft jowly look. Will weight loss help this or is this just what I look like now?

Anything I can do to stop it all dropping further that isn't surgical?

Foreo Bear?

I was getting a little droopy round the jowls and some cheek filler sorted it out. I do that once a year. But I'm 51 and the menopause effected my face brutally, HRT, fillers and Botox has helped me enormously.

If you have a pointy chin and/or a heart shaped face then jowls are an inevitable part of aging. I have had ultherapy on my neck and thread lifts which help a bit but ultimately I have to accept my days of a firm jaw line are over.

I'm a bit scared to have filler. My mum has it and her face just doesn't look right. I do love botox though

I don't think it's pointy or heart shaped. What's ultherapy?

Fillers...you need to be super picky about where you go and who does it.
