Summer friendly workwear

So new job starts next week, I've only ever had a uniform in work so I have no idea what to wear especially when it's so hot. I'm a big busted size 16/18 what does everyone wear to work in this heat?! There's no restrictions- the place has a smart/casual vibe. Thanks

I'm a bit smaller than you but a 34G cup 12/14 and last week I wore:

Grey jeans and a silk blouse
Blue jeans and a linen shirt
Linen wide trousers and a loose linen cotton mix t-shirt
Cotton wide trousers and a ¾ sleeve scoop neck t-shirt

Always with a cardigan or pashmina in the bag as my office aircon has good days and bad days.

Shoes are either trainers, brown timberland boat shoes or loafers.

I save dresses for the weekend as I just never feel as formal and work-ready in my head in a loose dress, and if it's fitted then my boobs are a bit too "hello sailor".

I suppose I am forgetting about air con but I don't want to feel hot or like I need to get changed after work because I'm so hot.

I can't imagine wearing jeans when it's 27 degrees.

Are sandals acceptable for work these days?!

Thanks for your input I own no blouses so maybe I should start there.

I wouldn’t wear jeans into the office when it’s this warm but that’s because my commute entails a 30 minute walk, hour train and then 25 minutes on the tube - the aircon on the train wasn’t working at all on Friday and it’s a bit crap in the office too!!
I wore a short sleeve midi dress, I have a few collected over the years from Hobbs, reiss and my favourite one is a couple of years old but from whistles. That one’s a belted shirt dress. I wear trainers most of the time in the warm weather, my office has no requirements to be smart, I’m not face to face with anyone thankfully!

Uniqlo blouses and shirts are my mainstay - usually size M or L for me, and I pin the button right on my bust so no gaping. I go for linen, viscose/rayon (made from cellulose) or silk - for some reason I find cotton makes me sweat where viscose doesn't, but I know that's not the same for everyone. (Maybe I need to channel Prince Andrew!)
