Vitamins for nails & hair

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced vitamin supplement that has helped their dry, brittle nails and dry hair please? I know these vitamin combos often say they are for skin too which is fine, although no issues with skin.

I’m after something I can easily get in Boots etc and I don’t want to spend £££ every month so definitely reasonably priced please.

I use Vitawell beauty supplements, which contains biotin, zinc, selenium and Vitamin B12. I pay £5 a month for them from Home Bargains 😊

After a recommendation on here, I use Biotin with coconut oil. It's worked on my nails which tended to split vertically. At 72, my nails are as good as they were in my 20s

My hair and nails were at there best for the four years I was trying for a baby and taking Folic acid (and is not too expensive).
