Vinted - anyone else not been paid?

I’ve done a seasonal wardrobe clear out - I usually sell clothes I’m not going to wear again on ebay but fed up of their fees, I’ve swapped to Vinted.

The first couple of items I sold & were received last week, all was fine and smooth. This week though, completed sales are not showing up on my balance at all.

Vinted say they have a technical issue they are aware of and sorting. Which hopefully is straightforwardly the case. From a Google though it looks like they nearly went bankrupt a couple of years ago.

Anyone sell regularly on Vinted and are these hiccups just pretty standard on the app?

I've noticed my money is taking a while to be released . Normally once the buyer says they have received it's in my available balance. It does eventually show up though. I'm waiting on £55 for a toast dress sale and keep checking . I didn't know about the bankruptcy , must say I do with draw as soon as it's there though.

Altogether I’m waiting on £80 on items received in the last 3 days according to the notifications. Just a bit annoying - we’ve had a month of a lot of costs, some unexpected so it would be useful!

3 days? I wouldn't be panicking yet. In the past I've had notification that parcel has arrived at collection point but buyer doesn't pick it up for a day or two. It could be this?

In future, i really wouldn't rely on it as income to withdraw on a fixed day as some delivery services are awful and can take days longer than others, some buyers take longer to pick up and sometimes Vinted are just a little slow to update your account.

no but a relative paid for something that didnt arrive and vinted couldnt seem to help at all.

No the buyers have marked it as received so it’s not a pick up issue. I take your point though about relying on it as a source of income which I think is spot on.
