Cream coloured basics

Hello wise Style and Beauty-ers,

I recently had a colour analysis done and it's suggested I wear cream rather than white. Completely agree that white is washing me out and I look much better in cream, but I'm struggling to find some tops to go on my new capsule wardrobe.

I'm after off-white, warm cream colour. Not biscuity, oatmeal. Just a really gorgeous, warm soft off white. I can see it in my head but can't find it online anywhere.

Can anyone suggest any short sleeved or long sleeved tops (with v-necks or scoop necks, and made of pure cotton ideally)? Or cream shirts that aren't linen? Or even a cream silk blouse?

I'm being too demanding aren't I and should just carry on wearing white?

This isn’t the most helpful response but I suit white and look dreadful in cream. So many times I have I ordered something described as white online and when it arrives it’s most definitely cream!

I feel your pain op. Sadly my only advice is trial and error. So often an item online looks different colour-wise, and there seem to be infinite different shades of cream/ivory/or-white, etc. I just send the item back if it doesn’t work!

Uniqlo often have pure cotton on linen tops in cream. H&M too.

Off-white/cream seems to have almost replaced white in the shops this year and I like it. Have recently bought boyfriend jeans from M&S, ribbed vest top from Primark and a short hoodie from Peacocks.
