Seraphina London customer service?

I bought a beautiful dress from Seraphina, as a special treat for myself. Worn three times and it has ripped when being turned inside out to right way round (at the neck). I'm trying (and failing) to contact their customer services. Has anyone had any experiences with this brand?

Yes. I complained that my pregnancy jeans fell apart. Had x2 pairs, worn from 24 ish weeks until about 1 months postpartum. So about 4-5 months max.
I emailed and said it wasn’t great as I would have worn an extra few weeks and kept, and frankly I have Normal Jeans that are 10+ years old.

They just gave me a voucher for the cost of one pair of jeans. Which was unused as it’s a pregnancy clothes store, and I wants pregnant by that point so didn’t need to buy anything else
