Ordered and paid for sandals via their UK website a full month ago. The courier (DPD) says they have not received the parcel from Salt-Water, Salt-Water are not responding to queries via their website (have waited two weeks), and the telephone number in their T&Cs has been cut off.
Are they in financial trouble? Or just shit?
