Glasses - modern look

I want to update my look (another post on clothes to come later).

I need varifocals for the first time (gulp). I'm mid 40s and don't want to be frumpy.

I tried on these but in a solid purple and quite liked them - not sure my round slightly podgy face could carry off totally round glasses.

All advice appreciated

I like those. If you go onto the Vision Express website, you can upload your photo and see what different styles look like on you, there is no obligation to buy,

I think those are the glasses I have. They are very similar anyway - mine are from specsavers though. I like them obvs. I tried loads on and the Specsavers lady was very helpful.

I like those frames a lot. They're a nice shape.

Don't worry about varifocals being 'frumpy'. Nobody will know you're wearing them.

I would have a look at asda opticians if you have one nearby. Two pairs for £120 including varifocals with thinned down lenses. Mine have always been fab and great post sales service.

Thank you all!

I read all the glasses posts on here I could find first and looked up Asda but the nearest one with an optician is over an hours drive away so impractical for me. I will get these ones, thanks!
