I feel guilty if I buy something I don't need, even if it's only a few quid. I think my last 'luxury' purchase was a £20 handbag!

That small uniqlo bag that has been everywhere for about a month, in yellow. I normally use a Cross body bag anyway, but this is really comfortable and yellow cheers me up. :)

A €100 Vivienne Westwood silver necklace - to mark her passing. I've always admired her - I'm the wrong shape for her clothes, but the necklace is just lovely :)

Last Sunday - a nail varnish. I bought clothes too but I needed them due to having gone up a size. But the nail varnish was a treat.

Just got some Garnier Vitamin C serum - saw it recommended on here for dark spots and I have to say I’m impressed, only been using it a few days. I bought the night version, so have just got myself the daytime version to see if it will help even more 😁.

A £10 silver plated necklace from Sainsbos. It's delicate and preeettty and sets off my spring outfits more than my £200 chunky silver chain.

It was the ayurveda one, but I love Sakura so going to get that one. It’s nice, you massage it onto wet skin and then it washes off (would recommend soap for armpits though). So it’s a bit like an oil shower gel.

A custom made, hammered sterling silver ring with the words "nine of pentacles" engraved on the inside - which is meaningful to me... I've chosen not to date anymore and to continue to live alone and crack on with forging a lovely, independent and creative life for myself, exactly how i want it to be.

I wear it on the "wedding" finger 😉

I got a sample of Nuxe hair and skin oil in (I think) an M&S beauty box a couple of years ago. Did nothing for my skin but lovely for my (curly) hair. I've got to the end of the sample so ordered a full-size bottle. It smells deliciously of rose so then I've been on the hunt for a lovely rose perfume and I've ordered some samples so hopefully I can then also get a nice big rose perfume bottle as a treat too!

To the pp who asked - it is Biore UV aqua rich weightless moisturiser spf 30. I have extremely sensitive skin that flares up at anything but also need a good sunscreen. This feels very comfortable so far.

Been super frugal recently. Bought a new bag which cost about £400. Will be the last splurge for a while with baby on the way, happy I did it though :) Been wanting it for ages.

4 nights at an adults only all inclusive little hotel in Majorca, on my own. Dreamt of doing it for over a decade. It was utter bliss.

A new pair of converse and a pair of Birkenstocks. They are so comfy! Though 19yr old daughter not happy as she wanted the Birkenstocks too!
