Lightweight eyeshadow

I'm not terribly adventurous with my makeup and have a safe range of shades that I know suit me.

The problem is that it means I have lots of half empty eye palettes. The lightest 3-5 shades are empty, or close to empty, the darkest one is almost untouched other than as an eyeliner, and then I've got half unused palettes of medium to dark shades that I don't wear.

Can anyone help me find a unicorn eye palette?

The (possibly unreasonable) criteria:

  • Lighter shades
  • At least 2 quite neutral ones
  • Open to creams, pinks, some light purples, golds
  • Nothing too bright or dark so I can use the whole range of colours to avoid waste
  • At least one shade with a small amount of sparkle
  • Would work with brown or charcoal grey mascara
  • Lasts all day on top of a primer or with setting powder/spray
  • Not tested on animals

Missing criteria:

  • Lightweight and not heavy
  • Happy for cream, pressed powder or loose powder suggestions

Viseart?

Have you tried the Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Light? I’ve recently got it and all the colours work on my fair skin. It has got nine colours with a mix of mattes and shimmers.

I don’t know about the animal testing aspect though, sorry.

I would suggest either a palette that you can make up yourself eg MAC or Bobbi Brown

Thank you for the suggestions. I'll check them out. I think a make my own with Mac might be a good option.

Ohdave
Thank you. I knew their parent company has brands that do, which isn't ideal for me, but didn't realise they did.
Thank you for the heads up. I've never bought from them.

I need the Bare Minerals site to relaunch again to have a pick from their full range.
