Please keep it kind.

I've had two DC in three years; youngest is still a wee baby.

For context I am back to my pre pregnancy dress size and weight (that's just happened through the hecticness of running around after a young family, BF, working etc)

BUT my stomach has been well and truly changed and I still look pregnant. People- well meaning friends, random strangers etc keep asking if we are having another, even though I literally just had a baby.

My tum doesn't bother me, but the questions do (I'd love another but it's impossible)

Any s&b suggestions on how to look less pregnantish? So far I've stopped wearing my BF clothes and no maxi dresses.

I have a dressier, more feminine style, so I like a dress (athleisure etc is not really me) but open to anything that would help. I would consider shapewear but would like (kind?) suggestions

Tia x

Have you diastasis recti?

Noitsnotabump · 06/06/2023 11:20

@Garman yep but they said nothing they can do, physio gave some exercises which I'm doing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ive got more surgery in the pipeline for gynae complications so any abdominal muscles I have will be totalled by that 😭

Thanks @toucaninjapan I'll have a look!

I had someone say "it must be tiring being pregnant with such a young baby"....it must be, but I wouldn't know, because it's not a bump!😕
