Smart-ish tank top recommendations please!

Following on from your excellent advice a few weeks ago on how to style wide-leg trousers.....🙏😊

... I am looking for recommendations for a tight/stretchy tank top that is not cropped and that is smart enough to chuck on with wide-leg trousers and a blazer for work. Such a basic item and yet I'm struggling to find something I that isn't sporty-looking and that actually covers my midriff! I'm working on building a capsule wardrobe and could spend up to £40 for something tasteful that goes with everything

i got this recently and it’s perfect, it’s much whiter and a more snug fit than the pic suggests. I really should get more because it’s literally perfect. The fabric is thick and smooth enough to look smart for the look you are going for.

I am looking for exactly the same thing! That cos one is nice, but the scoop is too low for me- I want a higher neck. Mine all end up stained from sun cream, so I really want new look/ h amd m prices, but I haven't found anything.

I bought these recently and both are nice! The second one is a bit cropped but I find it makes it easier to tuck in.

I like M&S high necked tank tops. I've also just ordered this from Boden which whilst not a tank loves lovely under a blazer and is a nice thick material.
